Reference Number 0000359731 The City is seeking to enter a contract with a qualified contractor for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the rehabilitation of approximately 1,522 linear feet of residential roadway ranging from a 2" mill and asphalt overlay to 19" of removal and replacement of a flexible base and asphalt pavement section. The estimated project budget is $612,000.00. An acceptable bid bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter contract with the City of Buda and furnish bonds on the forms provided. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) calendar days.
