The project consists of: Rehabilitation of approximately 7,100 L.F. of existing 15" thru 48" sanitary sewer by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. Television inspection (pre and post TV). Bypass pumping setup, maintenance of flows to perform CIPP work. Manhole rehabilitation (wall liner, regrout frame, and/or replacement of ring and cover). Service reconnections (by excavation or remote). Additional cleaning (mechanical cleaning) as approved by the Engineer. LOCATION OF WORK: City of Sugar Land, Fort Bend County, Texas 77479 C. Add Alternates for Composite or Ductile Iron Ring and Cover: The City will evaluate the bids and recommend award of one Add Alternate based on available budget and what is most advantageous to the City. Accepted Add Alternate will be identified in the Agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The bidders shall submit bids for the two (2) Add Alternates for replacement of ring and cover on existing manholes. The Contract duration for this project is 180 calendar days. In the event, Add Alternate No. 1 or Add Alternate No. 2 is awarded; the Contract time will remain the same and will not be increased or decreased.
