Each bidder is required to fill in every blank; failure to do so may be used as a basis for rejection of a bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City. It is the policy of the City to involve small businesses and qualified minority/woman owned businesses to the greatest extent possible in the procurement of goods, equipment, services, and construction projects. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project will consist of the construction of a new park at the southeast corner of Wynngate Drive and Teel Parkway in Frisco, Texas. The new park will be approximately 10 acres in area, and will include a new pavilion, a multi-use sports court, a baseball field, various playground and open play areas, and various walking trails. The project will also include the construction of parking spaces along the north and east ends of the site.
