Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Etobicoke, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Demolition and removal of the two (2) existing emergency/essential power generators 200kW each located in the Raw Pumping Station building. Construction of a new standalone permanent building that will house the new standby generators and associated electrical systems and controls, must provide sufficient capacity to power the Clark WTP for up to 72 hours during a main line power outage. These must fully integrate with the plant and fuel source (includes room for additional generators to meet future power requirements), and chosen solution for essential power. Alterations to install an HVAC system for the new building and its integration with the Clark WTP's current Building Automation System (BAS); a new permanent roadway on the east-side of the Clark WTP that joins the existing road network for flow through traffic access throughout the facility. TIMELINE: The design is complete. Preselection of Generators and Auxiliary Equipment for the R.L. Clark Water Treatment Plant was issued August, 2021 and was not awarded. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
