As of September 18, 2023, the previously contracted construction manager has withdrawn from the project. General Specifications: Washington County, Arkansas, is requesting statements of qualifications for individuals or firms interested in providing Construction Management services from a Contractor licensed in the State of Arkansas. Requirements: Applicants must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process: Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection. Information: For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office. Construction is expected to take approximately 28 months. . The deadline for submitting written questions is 2:00PM on Tuesday, September 12, 2023
