Bluestone Dam Safety Assurance Project Phase V, Stilling Basin Repairs, Bluestone Dam, Hinton, WV The estimated order of magnitude of this procurement is betw een $250,000,000.00 and $500,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 237990. This is a full and open procurement. In accordance w ith FAR 52.219-4 (Dev), this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. All bidders must return the Standard Form 1442, Section 00 10 00 (Bid Schedule), Section 00 45 00 (Representations and Certifications, in its entirety), and a bid guarantee (see FAR Clause 52.228-1). Contractor registration is available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at w w w .sam.gov. Offerors must comply with requirements of 52.204-7, 52.204-8, 52.232-33, and any other SAM requirements, to include completing requirements in this solicitation through SAM. Anyone looking to participate in this aspect MUST be cleared by security prior to the site visit. ANY Foreign Nationals who wish to participate in viewing any non-public areas of the dam during the site visit, will be required to be cleared by security prior to the visit. For more information on security clearance for U.S. citizens and Foreign Nationals, please refer to Specifications section 00 80 00 Part 1.6 Security Requirements. All questions must be submitted in writing to Leah.S.Morgan@usace.army.mil no later than 5:30 PM Eastern Time on October 11, 2019.
