The City of Coral Gables is soliciting bids for IFB 2021-042 Sanitary Pump Station Journey's End Upgrade and New Force Main Project, from a pre-qualified contractor contract RTQ 2017.02.MS General and Specialty Trade Contractor Services Bid Bond / Security Bond: 5 % The successful Bidder shall post a Performance and Payment Bond from a Corporate Surety after an approved award, which is satisfactory to the City as security for the performance and prompt payment to all persons supplying labor and material in the execution of the work to be performed under this Contract and on any and/or all duly authorized modifications hereof. A bond will be posted on a per project basis and shall be a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of each project(s) total, unless otherwise specified. All bidders must be pre-qualified under contract RTQ 2017.02.MS General and Specialty Trade Contractor Services pool contract - under Trade Group(s) General Contractors or Underground Utilities PRIOR to the closing in order to submit a bid for this solicitation.
