Site work and renovation of a civil project in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Supply and install approximately 1.5 km of 450 mm diameter DR11 HDPE Forcemain. This includes crossing under Township Road 532A and Range Road 272 by trenchless construction methods, as proposed by the CONTRACTOR and accepted by the OWNER. This also includes supply and installation of air release valve chambers. Supply and installation of pump station foundation and all elements of a pre packaged pump station, including a 3,000 mm pre-packaged Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) lift station, an 1,800 mm x 1,800 mm air release valve chamber, and a 4,000 mm x 3,000 mm valve chamber. Includes supply and installation of all piping, pumps, valves, fittings, electrical, instrumentation, controls and communications equipment and all other components as shown on the DRAWINGS. Modifications to existing storage cells 1 and 2 of the Spruce Grove Wet Weather Storage Facility. This includes abandoning of existing culverts and installation of six 1,050 mm concrete interconnection pipes, including t-risers, flared ends and rip rap. Civil site works including gravel access road to the pump station and future diversion structure sites. Restoration of all impacted land and features. All other work as specified in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Estimated Value: $4,000,000 to $4,600,000
