Site work for a municipal facility in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and material necessary for the removal of seven existing 12,000 gallon underground fuel tanks. Five existing tanks are for gasoline storage and two existing tanks are for diesel storage. Four new 10,000 gallon above ground tanks will be installed along with fuel transfer, dispensing stations, etc. , together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted online. All responses to questions will be released in the form of an addendum after the cut off for submitting questions has passed. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their responses electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic bid submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements in addition to the electronic response will be noted in the specifications. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Question Cutoff Date 3/13/2019 04:00 PM (ET) the successful bidder will be required to post Performance Payment and Maintenance Bonds in the aggregate amount of 100% of the value of the contract
