Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, two-acre clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Negotiated new construction project consisting of 2-story Community Center (8,000 SF total) on 1.8 acre site. JSEB partitions goal is 10%. JSEB vendors are requested to include the attached JSEB Form 2 with their bid. Scopes include existing building demolition, sitework, fencing, landscape, concrete, masonry, structural steel, misc. metals, wood trusses & floor joists, 2nd floor exterior wood framing, trex decking, fiber cement siding/ ceilings/ soffits, millwork, waterproofing, spray foam, metal & mod bit roofing, doors & hardware, vinyl fixed impact windows, storefront doors, drywall & ceilings, flooring, painting, building specialties, fabric awning, blinds, elevator, plumbing, fire sprinklers, HVAC, electrical & voice/data. Anticipated construction start is April 2021. *Bid Clarification No. 01, 02 and No. 03 (Pre-Bid RFI Responses) have been upload.
