The following is for historical purposes: The Port of Oakland (Port) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for construction management services for the Airport Perimeter Dike Improvement Project Phase 1, at Oakland International Airport (OAK, or Airport). Qualified consulting firms are invited to submit a Proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The project is currently being designed by a Port consultant, and the construction work is expected to be bid in January 2019. The Port intends to enter into one contract for construction management services for the Airport Perimeter Dike Improvement Project Phase 1 at OAK. Proposing consultants should carefully review the requirements of this RFP to ensure that they meet all of the stated requirements. At this meeting, the Port will provide a review of information related to the Ports insurance requirements and Non-Discrimination and Small/Local Business Utilization Policy, and will informally answer questions regarding the proposed project, submittal requirements and the selection process.
