Site work for a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is for rehabilitation waterlines in Rivershire and Gladstell area in the City of Conroe. The project scope includes construction of approx. 22,410 liner feet of 12" waterlines; approx. 9,000 linear feet of 8" waterlines; approx. 7,400 linear feet of 6" waterlines and approx. 1,830 linear feet of 4" waterlines including approx. 421 service connections and appurtenances. Bid Bond - 10% The successful proposer must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price from a Surety Company holding a permit in the State of Texas and approved by the Federal Government. The deadline to ask questions is 11/15/2021 2:00 PM CST The City of Conroe reserves the right to reject any and all bids, award parts of bids and to waive informalities in submission of bids. The City also reserves the right to award the bid to the proposer meeting all the qualifications and specifications or to the proposer who provides goods or services at the best value for the City, taking certain evaluation factors into consideration as set forth in this request for bid.
