The work includes the construction of approximately: Traffic Control 1 Lump Sum Clear and Grub 5.71 Acres Common Excavation 21,200 Cubic Yards (P) Geotextile Fabric 15,000 Square Yards 6" and 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 2,000 Lineal Feet 48" Diameter Sanitary Sewer Manhole 70 Vertical Feet 4 PVC Solid Wall and Perforated Pipe 1,200 Lineal Foot 2" and 3/4 " Watermain Pipe 2,800 Lineal Foot Aggregate Base Class 5 8,021 Ton Select Granular Borrow 1,043 Ton Bituminous Pavement 1,307 Square Yards Turf Restoration 8 Acres Silt Fence 5,400 Lineal Feet 12" and 36" RCP 800 Lineal Feet Landscaping Trees and Shrubs 250 Each Dual Vault Toilet 2 Each together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by October 11, 2019. BID SECURITY: A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Silver Bay shall accompany each bid.
