Escription of work: the work includes the construction of approximately: remove roadway pavement 18,970 sq yd common excavation 16,000 cu yd aggregate base 14,300 ton concrete walk 28,100 sq ft concrete curb and gutter 11,100 lin ft 6" concrte driveway pavement 1,530 sq ft type sp bituminous streets 4,000 ton bituminous trail 580 ton dip watermain (3"-12") 3,540 lin ft construct drainage structure 21 each rc sewer pipe 1,850 lin ft sod 10,730 sq yd wall - structural concrete - base (1g52) 60 cu yd wall - structural concrete - stem (3g52) 82 cu yd wall - reinforcement bars (epoxy coated) 8320 pound modular block retaining wall 1163 sq ft Completion of work: all work under the contract must be complete by 11/18/22. Plan holders list, addendums and bid tabulation Bid security: a proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of city of maplewood shall accompany each bid. Owner's rights reserved: the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the owner would be best served thereby.
