Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.
In general, the work to be completed under this Contract consists of the following principal elements: constructing an approximately 4.88 million gallon buried concrete untreated water reservoir; constructing a flow control facility; installing approximately 115 linear feet of 94 inch welded steel pipe; installing approximately 55 linear feet of 74.5 inch welded steel pipe; installing approximately 55 linear feet of 71 inch welded steel pipe; installing approximately 400 feet of 94 inch welded steel pipe; installing approximately 65 linear feet of 92 inch welded steel pipe; demolition of eight existing Elliot vents and seven existing blow offs; abandoning sections of Pipelines 3 and 4; drainage and grading; and associated appurtenances, piping, fittings, drainage facilities, specialties, structures, and ancillary components. Location The project site is located inside Mission Trails Regional Park along the Water Authoritys Second Aqueduct Access to the site is limited to public streets and the Water Authoritys access roads.
