Construction of the Southern Downtown Park project includes hardscape surfaces; landscape plantings and trees; irrigation; trellis structures; fencing enclosures; electrical service and site lighting; site and building utilities; a water feature; and site amenities including but not limited to benches, trash and recycling receptacles, drinking fountains, bike racks and provisions for art and wayfinding signage installations by others. Construction of a new 1-story restaurant facility including concrete foundation; steel structure; structural and veneer masonry, storefront fenestration; specialty doors and screenings; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems and devices; kitchen food service equipment and ventilation systems; building lighting; audio, video, telecom, and security systems; and cafe millwork and furnishings.
