Renovation of a municipal facility in Anaheim, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Anaheim invites bidders to submit an (Electronic) sealed Bid/Proposal for the Work. The work consists of correcting ADA issues identified throughout the ACC Betterment VII Expansion Facility (Post-Construction). The awarded contractor will be expected to facilitate all repairs needed to ensure full compliance with current ADA standards as of the date of this solicitation. Items to be addressed include but are not limited to, Doors, Signage, Bathrooms, Paths of travel, Railings, Floor-Leveling, Stairwells, and Striping, using a variety of certified skillsets such as Fabrication, Metal-Working, Carpentry, Electrical, and General Construction. Detailed information concerning distribution and control of bid/proposal documents, preparation of bids/proposals and award of contracts is provided in the Instructions to Bidders/Request for Proposal documents. All questions related to the contract documents shall be submitted in writing through electronically no later than November 23 rd , by 3:30 p.m. Bids/proposals shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided herein and in the RFP solicitation document. Follow directions specified in both the Instructions to "RFP" Bidders/Proposers and the RFP Response Checklist. Bidders shall agree that Bids/proposals shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of opening of the Bids/proposals. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid/cost component is a requirement. Refer to Instructions to Bidders for information. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals, or waive any informalities, irregularities or technicalities if, in its judgment, the interest of the City is best accommodated. Bid valid 45 days.
