Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Bradenton, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the addition of a water / sewer project.
Modify existing Co-generation building where generator is housed for use as a new oil and waste oil storage area. Construct a new 30 feet x 40 feet metal building on north side of Co-generation building. Demolish existing oil storage and equipment storage areas adjacent to existing maintenance facility. Construct an approximately 60 feet x 40 feet pole barn with concrete floor next to maintenance facility after existing oil storage area and equipment storage area are demolished. This project is in included in the Manatee County FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of December 13, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
