Renovation of a water / sewer project in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of March 11, 2019, the project has not been awarded. There is no time frame as to when the contract will be awarded.** This is a turnkey assignment to be provided by the Design-Build method of project delivery. The Design-Build Firm will have singular responsibility for both design and construction for quality, cost and schedule adherence. The scope of services shall include: 1. Provide final design necessary for construction with design drawing(s) stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Connecticut. 2. Soil borings and geotechnical investigations as necessary. 3. Provide preliminary design drawings showing the proposed site plan and layout of new equipment, structural, electrical, mechanical, demolition and site restoration drawings, cut sheets of proposed equipment to be provided, and a description of the construction sequence to maintain operation of the pump station during construction, for review and approval by the SWPCA.
