following public work in the City of La Crosse, Wisconsin: 21st Street N - State Street to Campbell Road This project consists of reconstructing 2 blocks of existing street 21st Street S, including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main replacements. Items to bid include approximately 805 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main, 2 sewer manholes complete, 805 lineal feet of storm sewer main, 2 storm sewer manholes complete, 840 lineal feet of 6-inch water main, 200 lineal feet of 20-inch water main, 4 fire hydrants complete, temporary water services, 1665 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 6,218 square feet of concrete flatwork. Other items necessary to complete the project. The above public work will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for the same now on file with the Engineering Department for the inspection of bidders and in accordance with the prepared form of contract and bond also on file with said Engineering Department. No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors; and no bid shall be received without certified check for not less than 5%, nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid.
