Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 150,000-square-foot, nine-story above grade, 102-unit multi-residential development; recreation facility; and for site work for a retail development.
Construction of a 9-storey multi-residential building & 3-storey Art Cube. There will be a total of 102 non-profit rental housing units. The centre for art and design is 9,000 square feet of main floor space to house the Urban Shaman, a Contemporary Aboriginal Art & Manitoba Design Centre. The public market will be a glass structure with vendor space. TIMELINE: Construction commenced late January 2024. Tender for trades has closed, awards will not be released for publication.
