Renovation of an educational facility in Cortland, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 71,838-square-foot educational facility.
All work on this Contract is to be substantially completed in 18 months, starting ten (10) calendar days after the contract approval date of the University. Moffett Center is an approximately 92,000 sf facility originally constructed in 1945. This renovation project will complete the modernization of the facility, updating classrooms and faculty offices and converting the existing gymnasium to classroom and collaborative space. The scope of this renovation is approximately 72,000 sf.
