As of April 14, 2026, construction is underway. The concrete is done. The project will be complete in about a year. The contractor must provide all Supervision, labor, materials, tools transportation, equipment and travel necessary to construct the Long Term Spinal Cord Injury Center (LTSCI BP2 549-820B) Dallas. The construction includes but is not limited to Building 83 LTSCI, Building 74 Renovations IAW specifications and drawings. The project also includes trailer and all utilities and detailed accommodations for swing space. The trailer will be utilized for the duration of construction.
