Project includes the Demolition of EPDM adhered roof systems, and existing metal flashings and wood blocking and to provide and install new wood blocking, level roof deck and repair vapor retarder, new tapered insulation system and cover board, New 3-ply SBS modified bitumen cold adhesive membrane, new metal membrane attachment and flashings, roof accessories, gutters and downspouts, new roof curbs; disconnect & reconnect existing equipment and removal of Ivy attached to the building. One contract will be awarded for the work of this project - General Construction Contract estimated at $575,000.00 to $625,000.00.
