Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract shall generally consist of the reconstruction of E. 64th Street between Pacific Avenue and McKinley. The project will include bike lanes, sidewalks and a new street. Street Iights, retaining walls and artwork will also be installed as part of the work. Effective February 1, 2016, the City of Tacoma requires all employers to provide paid leave and minimum wages, as set forth in Title 18 of the Tacoma Municipal Code.
