Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Mount Kisco, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Village of Mount Kisco intends to construct an addition and alterations to 29 Green Street, Mount Kisco, NY 10549 and is seeking seeking bids for general construction. This is not a public work project and the coordination of schedule will be the responsibility of the General Contractor (GC). The Project has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in place. Bid security in the form of a 5% bid bond issued by an acceptable surety or a bank or certified check payable to the (Owner: Village of Mount Kisco) is required. The successful bidder will be required to provide both a performance bond and a labor/material payment bond issued by acceptable sureties and to enter into a written contract with the Owner. A copy of the form of contract is included with the bid documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, re-advertise for new bids, waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that is best suited for the Owner. The Total Construction Budget for this project is within a range from $4 million to $4.5 million.
