The carport canopy adjacent to the sallyport is not included in the SF areas. The site work includes concrete curb and paving, site lighting, sidewalks, pavement markings, utilities and landscaping. The building includes a concrete foundation with slab-on-grade, CMU walls, brick & CMU veneer, cast stone, cast-in-place concrete columns & beams, pre-engineered metal building system, minimal convential framed structural steel, standing seam metal roof, standard & detention hollow metal frames & doors, detention equipment, security electronics, standard and detention door hardware, standard & detention glazing, acoustic lay-in ceilings, acoustical wall & ceiling treatments, EIFS, architectural woodwork, metal casework, VCT floors and base, epoxy resin flooring, signage, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, food service equipment, misc. metal fabrications, drywall, ceramic tile, painting gutters & downspouts, pnuematic tube, coiling doors and computer access flooring.
