Provide demolition work to remove existing exhaust fans, louvers, thermostat etc. from Chemical building electrical equipment room. Provide demolition work to remove exiting exhaust fan from Lime room. Provide demolition work to remove existing exhaust fan from Rapid Mixing room. Provide demolition work to remove exiting exhaust fan from Phosphate Tank room. Provide demolition work to remove exhaust fan and intake louver from Elevator room. Provide demolition work to remove exhaust fan from 2nd floor Restroom. Provide two (2) new side wall mounted exhaust fan, thermostat, its control wiring,louvers, dampers etc. for Administration building (Grounds Keeper Storage). Provide new roof mounted exhaust fans, gravity vents, intake louvers, FRP dampers, thermostat, control wiring, diffusers, grille etc. for East and West Filter buildings. Provide new roof mounted exhaust fans, wall mounted circulations fans, intake louvers, dampers, thermostat, grille, control wiring etc. for Chemical building electrical equipment room. Provide new exhaust fan with speed control motor, exhaust grille, diffusers, duct works, door transfer grille, wall mounted circulation fan, disconnect switches, control wiring etc. for Lime room. Provide new exhaust fan with speed control motor, duct works, exhaust grille, thermostat, control wiring etc. for Rapid Mixing room. Provide new exhaust fan with speed control motor, exhaust grille, thermostat, control wiring etc. to Phosphate Tank room. Provide new exhaust fan, intake louver, thermostat, control wiring etc. to Elevator room. No quotes will be accepted unless a Questionnaire & Financial Statement for Qualified Sellers with all questions fully answered is filed.
