***As of 3/4/2019: project will re-advertised in later date*** The scope of work for this proposal shall include engineering and construction services to implement permitting, construction documents and construction for the Riverfront Park Stage. The City Parks & Recreation Department has prepared a schematic plan for the new stage, and a site meeting is recommended to review the schematic plan before proceeding with work. The deliverables shall include, but are not limited to: Identifying and obtaining all permits required Cost estimate Review existing survey provided by the City of Columbia Stage plans per schematic design provided by the City of Columbia Construction details Specifications Construction services As-Built plans All responses must be submitted to eBidcolumbiasc, the Citys e-Procurement System at no later than the date and time provided herein. Respondents must also deliver one (1) original UNBOUND copy, five (5) bound hard copies and one (1) digital copy (e.g., CD, USB flash drive) of the information requested herein. All submittals must be clearly labeled on the outside of the envelope with the following wording: RFP010-18-19-NMJ Riverfront Park Band Stage. All late submittals will be rejected. The City is not responsible for late submissions caused by delays in mail delivery or a delay in any other method of delivery. Responses must include all of the information required in this RFP, and may include any additional information that the Contractor deems pertinent to the understanding and evaluation of your response.
