Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, 181-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and one-story above grade parking garage.
Plans call for 180 residential units (senior & family housing, affordable from 30%–80% AMI)15,700 sq. ft. of commercial space, including a grocery store or market. Community amenities like restaurants, a fitness center, a coffee shop, and vibrant green spaces 283 parking spaces to support residents and visitors. There will be six buildings dedicated to housing, with 60 one-bedroom units, 44 two-bedroom units, and 73 three-bedroom units. As of April 7, 2026, the construction documents are 50% complete and will be submitted to the City for plan review over the next six weeks. An architect and a general contractor have been selected. A timeline for construction has yet to be announced.
