Bidders must submit a bid form and inclusive attachments, enclosed in clearly labeled envelopes, including identifying the contract for which a bid is submitted. The project is tax exempt and State prevailing wage rates will apply. Your firm will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Price. Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Sum will be required prior to executing the Construction Contract. Failure to submit the Bid Bond with the Bid is cause for rejection. Bidders may provide additional required information as appropriate.
