Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Libertyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Village of Libertyville is soliciting proposals to remove and replace the fitness room flooring of the Libertyville Sports Complex.All contractors must fill out the Plan holders Form to gain access to the Bid Package. The information provided on the Plan holders Form will be used to contact plan holders if an addenda is issued. Work will be broken up into three (3) areas ofthe Sports Complex. The Village reserves to rightto award work to the areas that fall within the budgeted amounts. Not all specified work may occur if cost for work exceeds budgeted funds, but the overall goal is to remain in budget and do all three (3) areas fiscal year 2018-2019.
