The description and location of the project is as follows: For the Bridge preservation activities include replacement of orthotropic sidewalks on Lenticular Truss Spans 3 and 4, structural steel repairs and spot paint, bearing repair and replacement, concrete repairs and deck epoxy overlay. The project also includes overhead lane control system upgrades, new pedestrian push button controllers and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings for STATE ROUTE 3027, SECTION A05, in Allegheny COUNTY, CITY of Pittsburgh, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Project being situated as follows: From the Carson Street intersection with Smithfield Street at segment 0010 offset 0013 to immediate north of the Fort Pitt Boulevard intersection with Smithfield Street at segment 0010 offset 0256.
