Replace with "Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the installation of electrical service between existing Well 8 and the Fountaindale Water Treatment Plant (WTP), which will require approximately 2,300 LF electrical service cable installed in an existing conduit; instrumentation and control improvements at the WTP, including a new PLC and interface (HMI) for improving overall plant automation and additional new alarm and control functionality;addition of a new plant workstation, fully integrated with existing and improved control systems at the plant; improvements at the Well 8 site including demolition of the existing well house, removal of the existing pump and a section of the existing well casing, installation of a new submersible well pump and rehabilitation of the existing well casing, construction of piping, valves, flow meter (supplied by others), and associated appurtenances in an existing vault,construction of piping between this vault and the rehabilitated well,construction of electrical service equipment providing service for the new pump, and other improvements; replacement of a finished water flow meter in an existing vault at the Fountaindale WTP,installation of a sump pump with float switch in this vault, and electrical rehabilitation of the vault including replacement of existing lighting fixtures, cable, conduit and receptacles. The limits of Contract are shown on the Contract Drawings. Coordination of demolition and installation shall be the responsibility of the Contractor."
