Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Queen Creek, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,500-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project Summary: The Town of Queen Creek is soliciting bids for associated site construction and erection of a pre-engineered metal building for a covered arena at Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre, Arena 3. This covered arena will be 300 feet in length and 135 feet in width totaling 40,500 square feet. The building will be procured separately and all materials for the building itself will be furnished and delivered to the site by a third party for erection. The project work shall include construction of the supporting foundation footings. Each Bid shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. The Town of Queen Creek reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive informalities. Bids must include all information items listed in the Information for Bids (IFB).
