Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ocala, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
You are invited to bid on the scope of work within your area of expertise. All bids must include the complete cost of all labor, overtime, materials, equipment, taxes, appurtenances, and customary inclusions to provide the full scope of work and a complete project. Add Performance and Payment Bond: Subcontractors must include an alternate to provide a payment and performance bond for 100% of the base bid amount BONDING REQUIREMENTS Bid security is not required; however, the subcontractor must honor the proposal up to 90 days. Subcontractors must include an alternate to provide a payment and performance bond for 100% of the base bid amount. NON-MANDATORY Subcontractors are to base their proposals on the information provided. The CM will also gladly meet and review the project with interested subs with a scheduled appointment.
