Renovating approximately 6,000 sq ft of mixture of labs, office and storage at the existing RI DOT's Material Lab in the basement at two Capitol Hill, Providence, RI. The work includes demolition and reconstruction with in the Material Lab, painting, flooring, windows & doors replacement, purchase & installation of furniture, hazardous material abatement, update mechanical, plumbing & electrical systems, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
