The City of Plano (hereinafter referred to as "City") requires improvements under this contract for the following: Removal and replacement of existing living screening (hedge) with a masonry screening wall along Custer Road. Removal and replacement of existing 3' tall masonry screening wall along Jomar Avenue within the Wooded Creed Addition Subdivision. The major items of work will include: Remove and Dispose of Hedge; Remove and Recycle Concrete Sidewalk; Remove and Recycle Existing Brick Screen Wall; Remove, and Recycle Concrete Alley; 4in Reinforced Concrete Sidewalk, Sidewalk Wall; Screening Wall (6'-0" Brick Height); Screening Wall (3'-0" Brick Height); 18in Drilled Shafts; Reinforced Concrete Grade Beam; 6in Flex Base; 6in Concrete Alley Paving; 8in Concrete Street Paving, Various Barrier Free Ramps, Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Project Cleanup and other miscellaneous construction. The location of this project is; Location 1 - Custer Road between Treehouse Lane and Cross Bend Drive, Location 2 - Jomar Avenue cul-de-sac in the Wooded Creek Addition subdivision in the City of Plano, Texas. A location map is included in the plans.
