Site work for a water / sewer project in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a 15,949-square-foot water / sewer project.
The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors for the Mt. Gallant Road Waterline Extension (India Hook Rd. to Museum Rd.) project. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, tools and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the construction/replacement of approximately 15,949 linear feet of 24-inch water main (including FIVE bores), hydrant assemblies, service connections, erosion and sediment controls, associated appurtenances, and surface restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid. All bidders must comply with all state and local laws, and ordinances regarding fees,licensing and bidding requirements. The City of Rock Hill reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, or to re-advertise for bids. Unless pre-qualified, each bidder shall submit Proof of Competency to the Owner with his bid as directed in the Instructions to Bidders.
