The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 2,200 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement 300 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 1,000 CY Common Excavation 1,500 TN Aggregate Base 300 TN Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,F) 900 TN Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,C) 1,000 LF 24" - 36" RCP Storm Sewer (Restricted Trench Width) 50 LF 72" Precast Concrete Drainage Structures 1 EA Design Special Structure (Hydrodynamic Separator) 200 SF Spot Retaining Wall Removal and Replacement 500 SF Concrete Walk and Median 500 SF Turf restoration (Seed) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of St. Anthony Village shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
