Estimated Cost $250,000 - $500,000 Bid Deposit $24,900 Substantially complete the Work within 286 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.Physically complete the Work within 90 days after the established Substantial Completion date. All bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. OGS hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”) participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) participation (based on the current availability ofqualified MBEs and WBEs) for Constniction Work and an overall goal of 10% for MWBE participation, 5% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”) participation and 5% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs) for HVAC and Electrical Work and an overall goal of 18% for MWBE participation, 9% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”) participation and 9% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs) for Plumbing Work.
