BASE BID The project consists of but is not limited to the following: Construction of a new Employee Fitness and Wellness Center located at the El Paso County Courthouse, El Paso Texas. The project shall consist of enclosing the bottom portion of the main entrance walkway and renovating the adjacent lower level courtyards. The main walkway itself shall be modified to add waterproofing and a brick paver system. Additive Alternate #1 - Remove all existing exterior concrete sidewalks to limits as shown on drawings and install new concrete sidewalks as shown and detailed on construction drawings and specifications complete. Additive Alternate #2 - Provide and install decorative security fencing along the perimeter of the street level entrance and courtyards as shown and detailed on construction drawings and specification. Additive Alternate #3 - Remove all existing 1 concrete topping within both east and west courtyards complete, then install scheduled floor finish as scheduled and detailed on construction drawings and specifications for a complete floor finish.
