Raw water improvements, sedimentation basin improvements, filter upgrades, high service pumping modifications and improvements, clearwell improvements, plant piping improvements, concrete repairs and coatings and general site improvements at the vest WTP, and filter improvements and concrete and coating repairs at the Franklin WTP. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders.
