Columbus Elementary School 1. Remove and dispose of Floor Tile & Mastic. Typ. for 10,000 sq. ft.
2. Remove and dispose of Fire Doors. Typ. for 240 sq. ft.
3. Remove and dispose of Interior & Exterior Window Caulking, Typ. for 3,350 lin. ft.
4. Remove and dispose of Built up roofing, flashings and the like. Typ. for 300 sq. ft. Trinity Elementary School 5. Remove and dispose of plaster ceilings. Typ. for 900 sq. ft.
6. Remove and dispose of masonry walls w/ plaster. Typ. For +/- 960 sq. Ft. Of wall
area.
7. Abatement contractor shall remove & decontaminate plumbing fixtures, toilet
partitions & all associated hardware, wall mounted toilet accessories, ceiling
mounted lighting and the like. Decontaminate and salvage ceiling grid.
8. Remove and dispose of Carpet, Floor Tile & Mastic. Typ. for 300 sq. ft.
9. Remove and dispose of door frames and install new frames.
10. Remove and dispose of Fire Doors. Typ. for 48 sq. ft.
11. In areas where asbestos containing wall plaster is present, all wall mounted
components required by any trade to removed and/or installed shall be done so
by the abatement contractor or allied tradesmen. Coordinate with MEP drawings.

12. In areas where asbestos containing spray-on fireproofing is present all required
ceiling hangars, mounts and the like shall be installed by the abatement
contractor or allied tradesman. Coordinate with MEP drawings.
13. Removal of existing and installation of new electrical panel boards shall be by an
allied tradesman. Typ. For 3 locations. Coordinate with MEPdrawings.
14. Remove and dispose of roof drains. Typ. For 2 locations / 32 sq. ft.
15. Remove and dispose of mudded roof drain pipe fitting insulation. Typ. For 2
locations / 8 lin. ft. Jefferson Elementary School 16. Remove and dispose of Floor Tile. Typ. for 1,700 sq. ft.
17. Removal of existing and installation of new electrical switch boards shall be by an
allied tradesman. Coordinate with mep drawings.
18. Abatement contractor shall remove and dispose of flange gaskets. Typ. For 25 sq.
Ft. Coordinate with mep drawings. Albert Leonard Middle School 19. Remove and dispose of Tar Coated Electrical Wiring. Typ. for 6 lin. ft.
20. Remove and dispose of Tar on HVAC unit curb. Typ. for 4 units, 16 sq. ft.
