Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Implement roof repairs and maintenance measures to the existing cap sheet surfaced modified bitumen systems covering low-sloped roof areas and the concrete "S" tile roof systems at steep-sloped sections. In accordance with the requirements of Section 9-3.2 of the General Provisions, as set forth in the Plans and Specifications regarding the work contracted to be done by the Contractor, the Contractor may, upon the Contractor's request and at the Contractor's sole cost and expense, substitute authorized securities in lieu of monies withheld (performance retention). In that regard, the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California is required to and has determined such general prevailing rates of per diem wages. Copies of such prevailing rates of per diem wages are on file in the office of the City Clerk, City of Rancho Cucamonga, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California The City of Rancho Cucamonga, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. There are 10 working days allowed for this project. o Liquidated Damages are $2,000.00 per day for this project.
