Renovation of an educational facility in Odessa, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 67,465-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Bidders will be expected to study and comply with the provisions of the Project Manual. Any proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the sender. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept the lowest or any Bid and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the Bid opening. Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in a sum not less than 5% of the maximum bid, payable to the Owner, with the understanding that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will, within 10 days enter into a contract and give acceptable Surety Company Performance and Labor and Material Bonds, in the full amount of the contract for such work. Bids may not be withdrawn after the bid opening for at least 30 days, or until Notice of Award or rejection of bid has been received.
