Site work and new construction of a stadium in Austin, Texas. Design plans call for the construction of a stadium.
Plans call to construct the medical center that will feature two towers. A specialty care clinic and another branch of Houston based MD Anderson Cancer Center. A detailed scope has not been released. As of June 12, 2024, an architect has been selected, and UT System is in the process to execute the agreement with the design firm. Information regarding the design firm has not been disclosed. The initial commitment will be for pre-design. Construction anticipated to be completed in stages and slated to begin for another 12 months. The project delivery is to be construction manager-at-risk. The process to solicit for and award the CMAR agreement will begin this month. The agreement is to be executed within the next five months.
