As per minutes of council meeting of Nov 18, 2024, Council has approved the contract award of New Glasgow Library Revitalization Project to PCL Constructors Canada Inc of Dartmouth. The project has been placed on hold until the award of contract, with the selected contractor agreeing to hold their cost estimates until Nov 30, 2024.
