West Lafayette Campus - Propulsion Research Lab Rooms 101 and 103 Renovation Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. The Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire listing the names of the bidde/s principal subcontractors shall be submitted with the bid. The remainder of the Questionnaires and Material Lists shall be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. EDT on the 18th day of July, 2019, to: Capital Program Management Purdue Technology Center Aerospace 1801 Newman Road, Ste. 208 West Lafayette, lN 47906-4510 This Project will reconfigure two existing laboratory rooms into a new larger laboratory. This work will include, but is not limited to: new gypsum board infill at the existing CMU walls, furred out wall with insulation at the exterior walls, metal doors with hollow metal frames, new exterior windows, paint, fume hoods with associated piping and ductwork, laboratory casework, room lighting and lighting controls. New fully conductive flooring will be installed. New structural members will be installed where demising wall is removed. New electrical distribution system and new vacuum pump and lines will be installed
