Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Humble, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of November 12 2020 this project is in 95 % complete. Project will consist of the construction of a single-story structure, approx. 4,000 SF, which will house EMS personnel by providing living, sleeping, work, and vehicle storage areas. Emergency Management Service District 1 reserves the right to reject any and all Qualifications not meeting the requirements of this Request for Qualifications for Design Firms. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time. All questions are due 9/25/2019 at 5:00 PM CST .
